Crises are characterised by sudden shifts in healthcare and societal needs. The change in population needs during a crisis places a demand on all stakeholders in health and society to coordinate, adapt, and cope with unexpected situations. Leaders and managers at all levels have a key role to come up with efficient and rapid responses that reflect the diverse health and societal needs. We will showcase how inspired leadership, agile governance models and multistakeholder co-creation approaches can offer solutions to crises situations.
